‘Parenting the Parentless, unloved, un-cared and despised by the communities’ ...that’s what we believe and practice. We try our best to provide them however best food we could afford. Our staff share meals along with the children, spend time with them and periodically take them to their (staff) families, so that they are never left-out. Visitors are most welcome to experience the joy of sharing with them.

D. F. Academy periodically conducts On-Campus Health Check-ups and organizes Health Camps in the target Communities for Visually Impaired Children and Youth who can’t afford cost and travelling and suffer for long.
The youth and children suffer multiple health related challenges along with visual disorder and need intervention.
We also send our students for vision restoration ...but still there’re many cases (cognitive) it’s beyond medical remedies.

Our children enjoy fresh milk and vegs produced by the students themselves with guidance from our staff.
Alongside academic curriculum, our students are trained in different trades and skills in accordance with their interests, scope and physical abilities.
Dairy, animal husbandry and organic farming are some of the future means of livelihood.
