‘Sowing with Tears but Harvesting with Joy’ are that inspire us for which many of our alumnae are now well placed in various sectors, some are even managing their own business and leading their successful family life as well. In fact, many of our trained teachers, counsellors, care-givers, community out-reach workers and volunteers are also differently challenged persons who’re working with us… all these make the ‘Divine Fellowship’ much more than just a Residential and Community-based Care Initiatives.
Our Alumnae now actively promote equal civil rights such as voting and even in electoral representation for others who too affected by disabilities, and advocate for their safety and protection from exploitation of children, youth, women with disabilities.

THE FOLLOWING ALUMNAE HAVE JOINED US AS SKILLED FACULTY MEMBERS

Our youth are taught with ‘Market-driven Skill Development Initiatives’ supported by technical and non-technical assistance meant to generate employments, alternative livelihood and alleviate inter-generational poverty.

Mrs. Moni Pal: Visually Impaired (96%). She serves as Sr. Grade regular faculty since 1995, in three different capacities.
She is a Graduate in English & History with a specialze training on Braille System. She teaches English, Bengali and History.
In addition, she is extremely good at Ribbon Spinning and Bag-making.
She also helps in Vocational Training section. She is an asset to the Institute.
Mrs. Rupa Bera: is one among several alumnae. ‘Rupa’ means ‘Crown’... reflects her name with ever smiling face who brings smile to many. She is a regular faculty member.
She is a Graduate Trainer. She teaches Braille.
To her credit, she is extremely good at making Cord Bags and teaches in the Vocational Training Section.
In addition to her credit, she teaches in the Divine Fellowship Academy for mainstream students.
Mr. Arabinda Hana: is one of our reputed Alummae, and married with two children.
He is trained in Sewing and helps in Dress-making for our Residential Students.
He is extremely good at Hospitality and works as Guest Room & School building In-charge.
In addition to his regular activities, he takes care of Divine Fellowship Orchard and Re-creational Park on the Campus.
Ms. Biloshi Hembrom: is one of the highly reputed alumnae, a multi-talented versatile personality.
She is trained on Sweing and Dress-making and supports making various dresses for the Girls in our hostel.
She works as regular Faculty member for Vocational Training at Divine Fellowship Academy.
In additon to her credit, she is extremely good at Cooking and guides the kitchen staff...making meals for the residential students. She also helps in the D.F. Academy Office.
Ms. Grace Dutta: is another reputed Alumnae and highly Devoted Faculty cum Support Staff at Vocational Traininhg Centre of Divine Fellowship Academy.
Although she is 100% visually impaired, yet her dedication and persistant helped her earned a great name as ‘person with patience & perfection’
In addition to her works as faculty, she is very good at giving company and counselling to many girls of her age with similar situation in our hostels. She is truly a ‘Grace to many’!!

Ms. Muskan Khatun: she has shown her proficiency in acdemic curriculum.
Again her keen interest as student she is back to improve her skills in different trades and under-going furter training at our VTC in Sweing, Cord and Beeds-making Sections of the Divine Fellowship Academy.
She is another reputed Alumane of Divine Fellowship Academy.
She is now currently under-going further training in Sweing, Cord and Beeds-making Sections of our VTC at Divine Fellowship Academy.
