Transforming ‘Community Health Management’ – (CHM) from ‘Sick-Care to Holistic-Care’ is our CHM initiative and comprised of ‘Holistic Health and Patient-Care Management’ - (HHM-PCM). The persons with multiple challenges are the worst victims of all unnatural circumstances, and therefore, ‘HHM & PCM’ are meant to keep them largely at safe and ensure that timely health-care products are reaching them.

The ‘D. F. Society’ raises ‘Ambassadors of Holistic Health Management’ - (AHHM) and strives to mitigate the factors causing disabilities by building collaboration with Public Health, Families and Early Childhood Development Centres like ‘ICDS’ following a system called ‘Adoption-Nutrition-Education -Mentoring’ starting at the pre-pregnancy to until the babies reach the age of six.
The ‘D. F. A’ imparts lessons on ‘water filtration, sanitation system’ essential for drinking and house-hold consumptions considering the plight of babies, expectant mothers and elders from the physically challenged families through reaching the practices of preventive measures before a disease breaks-out and reaches an epidemic level. As part of ‘CHM’ we actively promote ‘Reproductive Health Rights and Menstrual Hygiene of the Women and Adolescent Girls’ that largely help preventing unexpected pregnancy and associated infectious diseases and school drop-outs.
